about a new artist;
David Foxney.

In the article he discusses how in his early years, whilst studying for his degree at St Martins school of Art, he was heavily influenced by the paintings of David Hockney.

David Foxney? He's one of my favourites ;-) Seriously, how long have you had snow for? It's our first day today. I LOVE the stuff but am wondering if I'm really up for having the children at home from school AGAIN!

Ha ha ha - this has put a smile on my grim face this morning. I have long been an admirer of Foxney's work but this is the first exhibition that I have come across. Has he approached Tate Modurhn do you think?
