I made this yesterday.
Its a 'Sewchet' pincushion....
'Sewchet' is a delightful word made up by the '11yr old' .
He says it is what I do....
apparently I do it when I crochet something and then I sew it with my sewing machine to complete it.
'Sew' from sewing and 'chet' (pronounced shay to rhyme with hay, don't you know?) from crochet
The alternative was 'crowing' not quite the same is it?
This is my version of the pincushion pattern...
...from 'Inside crochet'
I turned it upside down and put a flower and a button in the centre.
Bestest Thursday wishes to you all....

Ooh that's pretty. One day, I too will be capable of making one *dreams* x
